Our field engineers are experienced in collecting and handling soil, water, gas, geochemical and geotechnical samples and are fully trained in the use of specialist sampling equipment.

ERS develops site-specific protocols to ensure that threats to validity such as sample integrity, cross contamination and losses in transit are addressed at the planning stage.

We liaise closely with UKCAS/MCERTS accredited laboratories to verify the reliability of analytical results, whilst our own quality management systems ensure that all results are reported reliably and on time.

Our staff also provide full-time supervision and produce engineering logs with concise, professional factual reports in accordance with relevant BS/EN standards and published guidance.

Our technical group also offers on-site monitoring and sampling procedures to efficiently guide remedial works and supplement more time consuming laboratory analyses.
