Following our successful completion of phase 1 site investigation works for Interelink M74 JV, ERS has been appointed to carry out the treatment of soils contaminated with chromium ore processing residue (COPR), with the objective of achieving leachability targets whilst improving geotechnical properties such that material is suitable for reuse on site . Total contract value is likely to be in excess of £1.2M, with some 40,000m3 of material to be treated.
